The carriage of aggregates (gabbro) and rock from the UAE to Mesaieed, Shuaiba and Basra which is mainly on CQD basis has resulted in a number of disputes in the recent past. We have been instructed in a number of such disputes and have managed to resolve many amicably and swiftly.
